Persistent Improvement

If we are going to make improvements in our change efforts, we have to really know the tools we are using to create change, understand how they are supposed to work, honestly assess how well they are actually working, and then identify the adaptations we can make to improve the chances for change. Yep. That’s a lot of knowing, understanding, assessing, and improving. But that is just how change happens. The arc of change can be steep and long. It can take a lot of time to make change happen and sometimes it takes even longer to see the impact of the change. When we take on the challenge of changing an organization, community, or system we need to buckle in for the ride. We also need to adopt a mindset that says we will work hard to do our best and, through Persistent Improvement, do better than our best.

Tenacious Change Website Upgrade and Update

We’ve been doing some updating and upgrading of our website. If you haven’t been there for a while, check it out here. It isn’t finished yet, but we think you are going to like what we’ve been doing.

While you are there, check out our Consultation, Workshop, and Training page where you can learn about our core offerings and services. On the first page of that section, we offer some questions to help you think through what you need and how we can help. We also have an attractive PDF version of this section you can download, print, and share with others on your team or in your organization.

Now, how can we help you make change happen for the greater good in your community or organization?
