Collaborative Leadership and Partnership is a pathway to ensuring Meaningful Participation by the Whole Community. Collaboration and partnership are still necessary even in times when it is easy to be divided. No, wait, ESPECIALLY at times when we are divided. We are always able to do more together than individually…when we put our minds to it and find the will and courage to do it. The Tenacious Change Approach requires the partnership of both courageous followers and courageous leaders. This week we introduce you to the lesson and video on Collaborative Leadership and Partnership.
Each week, until we launch the full Getting Started with the Tenacious Change Approach streaming video course in September, we are featuring a brief video on one of the ten essential operating principles of the Tenacious Change Approach. This is the fifth principle in the series.
To learn more about the full Getting Started with the Tenacious Change Approach series, take a few more minutes to watch the 20-minute overview “sneak preview” video on our online learning platform. You’ll hear more about the principle of Collaborative Leadership & Partnership and its place in the Tenacious Change Approach.
